According to Kara Radzak, an associate professor with the Kinesiology and Nutrition Sciences department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, says it is not always about having six packs to look healthy. You have to develop your core muscles. A lot of people think core is just abs muscles which is not always true. It also includes muscles at your stomach and back. Those muscles have to be strong. If they are weak you will suffer back pain, muscle spasm and other injuries.
